Good plan, quick delivery

I ordered a 12-Month Mobile Plan last week. The online checkout was straightforward, and I chose to port my existing number. The SIM arrived in Sydney within 3 days, which was faster than I expected. Activation was easy through their website. So far, the service has been consistent, and the included data is great for what I pay.

Easy SIM purchase

Bought a Prepaid Starter Kit from their site. It was simple to order and activate. Delivery took 5 days to reach Perth. No issues, works as expected.

Decent service, minor hiccup

I switched to TeleChoice for a Month-to-Month Mobile Plan. The sign-up process was smooth, and I got a good deal with their first-month discount. The SIM card shipped promptly, reaching Melbourne in about 4 business days. Customer service was helpful when I called about setting up auto-recharge, but I had to wait on hold for a bit. The coverage has been fine using the Telstra network. Overall, a solid choice for the price.

Hey has anyone used TeleChoice for their phone plan? Been seeing some good deals on their site, but wondering about the actual coverage, especially out of the city. Since they use Telstra's network, does that mean it's basically the same as Telstra coverage everywhere?

Yeah, I'm with them. In theory, it should be the Telstra wholesale network so it's not the full Telstra network, but in practice, I haven't noticed much difference in coverage compared to when I was directly with Telstra. Works fine for me even when I visit my folks in regional NSW.

It's not IDENTICAL to Telstra's direct network, sometimes there are slight differences, especially in super remote areas. But overall, it's pretty solid for a budget option because it's still using the Telstra wholesale infrastructure. For most places you'd go, it's totally fine.
